All items are made to order. Our printing partner strives to dispatch all orders within 5 days. After dispatch, shipping will take an additional 2-5 days, depending on your location. Therefore, you can expect to receive your order within 7-10 days if everything proceeds smoothly.
Because all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged item or if the incorrect item was shipped, please contact us. You will be asked to provide photos of the damage or the incorrect item. We will then work with you to correct the issue and ensure you receive the artwork you ordered, undamaged.
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address.
You can log in to your account if you created one during the ordering process. Otherwise, you can visit the track your order page and enter your order number and email.
